Spa Etiquette

When making your spa reservation, please have a credit card or gift certificate number available.

Our scheduling is designed to permit the proper amount of time needed to complete your services.  Please help us, and other guests, by being on time.

Murphy's Retreat requires 24-hour cancellation notice for all services.  Failure to cancel will result in full charges for services scheduled.

To maintain our relaxing and peaceful spa environment, the spa facility is reserved for adults.  No children under the age of 16 are permitted (unless receiving services).  We ask that all cell phones be turned off or placed in silent mode while in the spa facility.

You will receive a robe and slippers to wear between treatments and a locker for your personal belongs.

Throughout your treatment, you will be discreetly covered when appropriate.  Inappropriate action or language is cause for termination of service.  We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
